HR Process Specialist

Summary

Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for comprehensive personnel administration service about 1,500 employed persons (employment contracts, civil contracts)
  • Deal with staff-related matters (keeping personal files, preparing documents related to employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, according with the labour law provisions)
  • Managing the on boarding and welcoming new employee to the organization
  • Manage employees’ database
  • Manage all types of employee absences, including holiday balance calculation
  • Take care of occupational medicine examinations, OHS training and employee benefits
  • Support HR Manager in the field of personnel administration management
  • End to end HRSS process ownership
  • Reviewing & improving HRSS processes
  • Working closely with the local Support Teams, Vendors, Business Partners and other HR functions
  • Keeping daily contact with employees, leaders, new joiners
You have
  • Minimum of 1 year’ HR experience
  • Higher education
  • Good command of English and Polish
  • Basic practical knowledge of current Polish labour law and personnel administration processes
  • Basic practical knowledge of provisions regarding working time
  • Good command of MS Office, including Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in corporate environment
  • Ability to work independently, responsibility for the owned processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong in diplomacy
  • Openness to look for improvements and optimization within your area of responsibility
