• analytical skilled person who manages to cope with complex challenges in software engineering

• You are SME with strong experience with Genesys on-prem in an omni-channel contact center area

You have:

• a broad knowledge about the Genesys solution landscape with deep technical skills.
• Excellent experience in how-to integrate Genesys into large and global enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects such as telephony system replacement
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
• Tooling skills
• Genesys Suite
• Spotlight
• Verba Voice Recording
• CCPulse for Reporting
• A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience in a global environment
• A great interest in shaping the future of Call Center infrastructures
