Job description

• Full HR administration,
• Prepare contracts for employees using our standard contract template for new employees 
• Prepare contract Annex for existing employees for pay rise.
• Close cooperation with employees to help buy them office supplies, ie monitors, keyboards
• Track holiday times
• Cooperation with the finance team
• Working with employees for promoting the company on social media
• Organising company events
• Organising birthdays
• Continuously finding new and fun ways to treat our employees to new experiences.
• Purchasing for Snacks/Coffee/Fruit/Beer for Fridge/Whatever else we can think of that’s could be great.

Requirements

• HR experience
• Knowledge of labor law (or able to learn), for when employing foreigners, visa application process
• Good communication skills
• You need to be organised
• Computer literacy. Ability to deal with new software
• A desire to learn and improve always
• Level of English: intermediate+
