Business Process Automation Analyst

- Identifying improvement opportunities
- Designing, planning, developing, testing and troubleshooting VBA and RPA automation solutions
- Maintaining development standards and best practices to ensure they are continuously improved
- Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of automations
- Supporting and mentoring other developers in the team
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Interacting with stakeholders and solving issues that may encounter while using our solutions
Strong background in a business analysis area in SSC/PBO (5 years or more)
At least 4 years experience with automation development using VBA and UiPath as main tools
Knowledge of at least one programming language e.g. Python, Java
Automation and RPA experience with SAP and other Finance & Accounting tools/applications
Excellent self-organization skills and ability to work autonomously
Knowledge sharing abilities
Very good English skills
