Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining Coupa system and related applications
• Accountable for implementing Change Requests according to client requirements in Coupa and related applications
• Supporting Release Management activities
• Responsible for answering user & supplier queries related to Coupa system and related applications
• Take a leading role in supporting systems to streamline and automate processes
• Review existing processes and data quality to assess the adequacy of information for client reporting, and implement changes as required
• Participating in projects
• Preparing tools to improve processes
• Updating standard operating procedures as per the changes in the process
• Providing internal/external training

Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience in this field
• Advanced level of English, min B2
• Economics, Finance or IT University Graduate
• Analytical skills and Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel)
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to effectively run multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and detail-oriented
• Strong customer orientation
• Proactivity, open-minded and ability to learn
• Work under time pressure
• Knowledge of cXML and API connections is advantage
