Reporting line: HSESQ-PRM Director E&C Europe

• Coordinate, evaluate and ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions of non-conformities through animation on the various projects
• Monitoring of KPI indicators and communication to the various departments on the results and monitoring of actions
• Management of the tool and contribution to its development and improvement while providing user training on projects
• Treatment of critical non-conformities through root cause analysis and identification of lessons learnt
• Making a project team learn efficiently from experience by enforcing Capitalization Process in a project in a procedural way: analyzing center/corporate “Lessons Database” and bringing to the attention of a project team “Lessons Identified” for the project, recommending as well remedial actions to improve existing way of doing things
• Ensure the progress of project capitalizations with the issuance of best practices and major points
• Support Project Manager in implementation of Project Execution Gate Process by:
• Identifying Gates applicable for a project and planning gate reviews harmonized with contractual project milestones and project schedule
• Ensure the Gate prerequisites are properly assessed following the predefined criteria (Gate checklist)
• Monitoring and reporting on execution status of mitigation measures, agreed during project gate review meeting (if any), to control and manage the identified risks, up to completion of the defined actions
• Participate in the organization and supervision (planning, implementation, maintenance) of internal audits in accordance with the entity's annual plan and the processing of the correction and appropriate corrective actions

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical or scientific discipline and professional experience in the field of plant and process safety with a focus on technical risk analyses
• 3 -5 years professional experience in quality related to an industrial field
• Knowledge of the execution of Projects would be a plus (different phases, succession of activities, disciplines implemented and interfaces with each of them)
• Experience on 8D problem solving methodology
• Excellent communication skills, poise and assertiveness
• Autonomous working style and analytical mindset
• Strong organizational skills and good teamwork capabilities
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Willingness to further develop your professional skills.
• Command of the French language would be an additional asset
