Documentation Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Position requirements:
  • Controlling over all aspects of project documentation, e.g. document numbering, identification data, quality & compliance
  • Controlling over documentation modifications & issuance during its whole lifecycle on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Preparing, operating and updating of Document Control Procedures in line with the Company Standards & Projects requirements
  • Maintaining a lists (registers) of applicable documents for Projects
  • Collecting the documentation from Clients/Vendors
  • Distributing the documents to relevant people/organizations (internally & externally)
  • Controlling, coordinating and supporting the work of the project team members in the Document Management System
  • Administrating, controlling and coordinating the projects settings and project team members roles via Admin platforms
  • Participating in and conducting project, (inter-)disciplinary, thematic meetings
  • Preparing and shipping of the Final & As-Built documentation
Knowledge and work experience specific to the job:
  • Basic experience in document management roles in EPC projects
  • General orientation in project execution
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office and Google Tools
  • English

  • Behaving ethically, with integrity and transparency
  • Solution focused decision making
  • Analyzing and summarizing information including value-added suggestions from others (even if not aligned with initial thinking) to develop optimal solutions
