Department Overview
Pricing coordinator and Partner Hub Shop admin will maintain external ordering tools and manage price books. This position will be part of Sales Operations team, working in a multi-cultural environment and supporting sales teams. The team works closely with various departments within Motorola to support sales in achieving their orders and sales goals (Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply chain, Strategy)
Job Description
As a Pricing and Partner Hub Administrator you will:
- Work closely with Global team to implement new features and functionalities for Partner Hub Shop in EMEA
- User support - Be an SME on Shop & regional capabilities. Assist CMSO/OFC on escalation of issues when needed
- Participate in global governance meetings
- Support and administration of all aspects of MSI external ordering tools (MOL/Partner Hub Shop) for EA, including everyday maintenance and monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain current and new Motorola partners - building catalog & pricing logic so customers can see all available products as per their contracts, list pricing as defined by the product groups, discounts as per agreed schedules (all on MOL/Partner Hub Shop and Oracle systems) and access to relevant product information and software
- Support OM teams with resolving any pricing/orders related issues or questions
- Resolve any product orderability related cases in cooperation with product group
- Support multiple product teams on advising on promotion type and methods, new product classification and discounts
- Load and maintain EMEA list prices including load, adjust, create list prices (GF, R12 systems) and resolving any pricing queries
- Maintain discounts for Channel Partners
- CPQ support
- Prepare ad hoc reports
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or technical equivalent-
- Around 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn new IT systems and applications quickly
- Very fluent in English
