What do you need to start?

• Experience in organizing, collecting and interpreting information, including use of relevant tools (PowerBI and others)
• Knowledge of statistics, assessing quality of data, removing corrupted data, determine meaning of data, analysing trends
• Presenting data in easy to understand and action formats
• Fluent in English and with excellent communication skills

What duties will help you grow?

• Build the data reporting and analytics function and processes for the Digital Employee Operations Practice
• Provide a standard framework and tool for data
• Provide standard approach for analysing trends
• Develop measurement of volumes, activities (services) and performance (quality)
• Streamline data collection process, reduce manual intervention, and leverage technology
