• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users

• This job will request working in a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and reviewing content that might be highly egregious in nature, every day

• Very good level of Dutch, min C1
• Bachelor degree
• Personal culture and deal with the client properly
• High motivation and ability to learn

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (potential weekend shift work)
• Ability to work with content that can be egregious in nature, on a day to day basis
