Department Overview

Centralized Managed and Support Operations is part of Services organization where we support external customers. Our Mission statement: We will be the leading provider of integrated mission-critical services that make our customers’ operations reliable, smarter and more efficient while delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.

Position summary:

• Installation, configuration and administration of operating systems
• Triage and analyse customer reported issues
• Participating in IT projects
• Maintaining and monitoring the continuity of operating systems
• Monitoring and solving technical problems
• Maintaining  technical documentation

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as system administrator
• Experience with Windows (AD, WSUS, DNS)
• Experience with Azure and AWS will be a plus
• Familiarity with one of the scripting languages (Powershell, Python or other)
• Experience in troubleshooting complex environments
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, open to mentoring
• Maintaining  technical documentation
