Centralized Managed and Support operations is part of Services organization where we support the external customer. Our Mission statement

Application operational support.

Tools like BMC Remedy, IBM Netcool, Federos Assure1, ArcSight, and Splunk, ServiceNow

• IT operations and support (ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications).
• 2+ years of support Linux systems. 
• 2+ years of Windows OS experience.
• Experience with MS SQL, MySQL databases.
• Responsible for organizing, modifying, and supporting Application systems.
• Understanding of firewalls, LANs, and network background.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to find the root of a problem and propose solutions.
• Good to have on hands application support experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, Zabbix, monitoring tools, etc.
• On-call rotation for off-hour support.
