Your Impact:

GBS Enablement Manager will be responsible for various projects and operations across GBS (Global Business Services). Your job will be split into two main areas:  preparing our Krakow’s GBS office building for a new way of operating (Future of Work) and driving processes that bring synergy effect from different GBS locations (ONE GBS Center initiatives). You will join a dedicated team that helps shape and implements strategic changes to Jacobs. This role is highly involved in cooperation with stakeholders on every level (from professionals to SVP’s). The effective candidate should aim to facilitate the company transformation by supporting the process teams and individuals in their operations. The role will impact the performance of our GBS locations and teams from Poland, India, the US, Malesia.

Responsibilities:

• Own ONE GBS Global Enablement Activities
• Manage a portfolio of ONE GBS Center initiatives (all locations)
• Driving ONE GBS Metrics culture – build metrics culture across GBS locations
• Organize, in close collaboration with Communication team, center recurrent meetings (global/local employee & manager meetings, etc

Own GBS Center enablement / facilitations

• Actively plan and execute and maintain the Return to Workplace program and work with the Facility to achieve optimal office space usage across all GBS locations
• Partner to HR admin local tactical issues, related to Social Fund, Labour Law, employee contract regulations, local benefit taxation, etc. 
• Partner to statutory accounting in related tactical issues related to changing VAT and other governmental regulations 
• Provide expert support in issues related to Public Aid and Innovation grants

Own GBS Incubation activities

• Hands-on approach in enabling new areas of service to be launched in GBS
• Act as a line manager to global resources with functional located managers outside of Krakow

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies, functions and organizational levels
• Change management / project management / project coordination experience needed
• Experience as Facility/Office manager will be useful
• People management experience will be an asset
