What do you need to start?

• Good written and verbal communication skills (B2 English),
• Extensive Experience working with ServiceNow platform,
• Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to written requirements,
• Experience working with Agile and SCRUM methodologies,
• Readiness for business travel (up to 50% travelling abroad).
• ServiceNow System Administration certificate

• Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services,
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience Leading and supervising other team members.

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

• Taking part in ServiceNow testing, design, administration, and development activities,
• Working directly with the client (customer mindset),
• Creating and updating documentation and procedures,
• Expanding ServiceNow knowledge through self-paced and virtual classroom trainings,
• Collaborating with Architects and assisting Junior Team members
