Responsibilities

• Entering accurate data into workflow tool
• Sorting incoming invoices
• Requesting re-scan for unclear images or incomplete invoices
• Communicating and clarifying with suppliers
• Dedicated controls for avoidance of future errors
• Closing of accounts for the month and performance of due diligence as per guidelines
• Sending invoices back to suppliers

Minimum qualifications

• Very good knowledge of German language
• Communicative level of English
• Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge

Preferred qualifications

• Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
• Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly
• High motivation and ability to work under time pressure
• Meaningful experience in accounting
