The candidate is expected to be involved in strategic planning to grow the team, run projects of organizational importance, guide and mentor next cadre of leadership as per organization values.

• Has knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure and Infrastructure, Data & AI, MW)
• Has Microsoft certifications - nice to have
• Has more than 7 years of experience in team management
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills with the help of engineers
• Has excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude (has the drive and intellectual strength to solve difficult customer problems)
• Has strong communications skills
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Is positive, independent, proactive and result-oriented
• Collaborates within teams

• Managing day-to-day operations by interacting with client and team effectively to achieve customer satisfaction and delivery
• Direct customer service via phone, email and chat services as appropriate
• Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
• This track will be in 24/7 shift model and onsite Opportunity. Therefore, candidates are expected to be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate Client roster
