Health and Safety Administrator

Purpose of the role:

This role will be dedicated to Jacob’s People & Places Solutions (P&PS) business line that provides end-to-end solutions for clients. P&PS core markets are Transportation, Water, Built environment, Environmental, Advanced Facilities, Health.

The purpose of this role is to coordinate HSE training and development administration activities through the Jacobs learning management system platform (E3 Learning). Additionally, this role will assist in the management of the global ergonomic process.

Specific responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and update the HSE course catalogue,
  • Coordinate HSE course and schedule management in Jacobs learning management system platform (E3 Learning),
  • Management and monitoring course nominations to ensure maximization of training resources,
  • Managing training waitlists,
  • Administering course attendance and completion documentation,
  • Supporting online training program management,
  • Global data reporting and provide monthly HSE staff lists,
  • Global ergonomic management, facilitation of ergonomic assessment actions and requests,
  • Works with Heads of Safety, Business Units, HSE Managers, Learning & Development.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe E-Learning Suite or other learning platforms,
  • Fluent in the English language (this role has a global interface),
  • HSE studies or equivalent diploma will be strong asset,
  • Experience in developing and delivering training courses (online and face to face),
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems will be big asset,
  • Experience in managing trainings for big volumes of employees,
  • Excellent training skills,
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communicator.
