We are a chain of dental clinics in Oslo, Norway. We are looking for someone who is interested in working remotely from the Krakow office and to be part of our team! It is a plus if you can speak Norwegian too. 

Dental Assistant (back office manager)

Job description

We are looking for someone who has good knowledge in dentistry and administration / management. 

 

Tasks include:

  • Ordering of dental supplies

  • Management of stock and materials

  • Management of employees 

  • Monthly reports, finance.

  • Back office bookings, cancellations, etc.

  • Organizing meetings etc. 

Requirements

  • Degree in dentistry, or knowledge.

Skills 

  • Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in Polish  is required.
  • Ability to speak Norwegian is a big plus! 
  • Able to work with the office team
  • Good knowledge of excel, word and powerpoint

We offer

Salary is based on years of experience and skills. We offer training for 2 weeks before the job will officially start.
