The Data Governance Team is responsible for granting and controlling accesses to Clients and the third party systems and tools.

 

Due to the nature of the role, the Analyst may be exposed to information of sensitive nature. Therefore it is expected to comply with the confidentiality policy at all times.


What you will do?

  • Manage access to RCO third party portal access.
  • Verify compliance of request.
  • Queue management access requests.
  • Reconciliation of granted accesses and reporting any abnormalities.
  • Identifying gaps, opportunities and operational risk.
  • Control PII and SPII data.
  • Quarterly audit on all tools owned by InfoAssurance.
  • Making sure that all mandatory trainings for requestors are completed.
  • GDPR check together with monthly and quarterly Data Retention Audit.
  • Handling Ad hoc Users' requests, troubleshooting.
  • Working closely with GPM on process maintenance and enhancements.

 

 

 

What we expect?
  • Experience in managing access.
  • Ability to work independently, high process ownership.
  • Ability to manage risks, given the nature of the role, which entails higher than usual business privilege.
  • High reliability in execution of good work ethics, especially in handling sensitive information.
  • Controlling PII and SPII data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work which may be time bound.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of coding will be an asset.
  • Experience in using Payment and Banking Tools is a plus.
  • Very good English written and spoken (C1 level)
