Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable with German

We're looking for someone who is able to review incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool and checking the supplier data and details in the ERP system

Responsibilities:

• Entering accurate data into workflow tool
• Sorting incoming invoices
• Requesting re-scan for unclear images or incomplete invoices
• Communicating and clarifying with suppliers
• Dedicated controls for avoidance of future errors
• Closing of accounts for the month and performance of due diligence as per guidelines
• Sending invoices back to suppliers

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of German language
• Communicative level of English
• Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
