We are currently looking for a person for the position of Business Analyst in Data Domain. If you are able to define KPIs, design dashboards with customers, describe the process of data integration and its processing, and define business logic and translating it into the technologies, join our team!

 Job responsibilities:
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translate them into data solutions with the PO, tech leads and architects,  
  • Creating user stories and determine the right acceptance criteria with PO, 
  • In smaller projects, coordinating the work of 2-3 developers, 
  • Improvements of requirements gathering processes for Data & AI domain,   
  • Process modeling using BPMN or UML notation,  
  • Identifies the needs of customers in Data & AI related projects,  
  • Conducting analytical workshops, defining personas and business processes during envisioning and planning phase of projects, 
  • Collecting, analysis and synthesis of requirements, 
  • Creating concise and precise document: requirements specifications, solution designs, test plans.
Requirements:
  • Participated approx. 5-8 medium-sized projects, what typically translates into min. 4-6 years of professional experience,   
  • Good understanding of collecting requirements for Modern Data Warehouse and analytical projects build,   
  • Good presentation and communication skills,    
  • Ability to formulate thoughts in written form (documentation, diagrams) in a concise and clear manner for the project team,  
  • Good execution skills, goal-orientated,     
  • Extreme ownership of tasks: responsibility and commitment,   
  • Challenge-driven and goal-orientated motivation,   
  • Willingness to learn and act upon feedback,  
  • Willingness to travel 20% 
  • Fluent English (min. B2) 
Nice to have: 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, 
  • Familiarity with Power BI
