What do you need to start?

• Very good knowledge of both Polish and English (min. B2)
• Experience in R2R area is a must
• Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage
• Attention to details and very good analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (advanced knowledge of MS Excel – creation of macros, pivot tables – would be an asset)
• Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Well-organized, ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
• Very good Customer Service skills and Client-focused attitude

What duties will help you grow?

• Perform month end closure activities, work closely with the client
• Bank reconciliation tasks, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, intercompany balances reconciliation, preparation and posting of journal entries (such as intercompany and elimination transactions, deferred revenue, accruals/prepayments, account receivable and reserves, prepaid expenses, cost allocations, payroll etc.)
• Fixed assets accounting activities and administration, preparation of financial and tax reporting, account analysis
• Perform P2P duties if required and support TL in admin activities if necessary
• Continually striving to simplify, standardizes and improve processes, deliver a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client
