Supports establishing consistent information and awareness campaigns and channels to propagate security-related information, to promote secure behavior, and to raise awareness amongst PG employees and stakeholders.

 

Your responsibilities
  • Responds to top human risks identified as relevant for the organization and contributes to establishing the needed behavioral change in alignment with Information Security and PG management’s directions.
  • Implements program elements designed to raise awareness for Information Security in interaction with Information Security Specialist and Security SMEs.
  • Contributes to development of awareness campaigns and relevant information processes, aligned with and integrated into PG Information Security communication approach.
  • Contributes to development and assists with executing a positive multi-mode communication program to efficiently and effectively provide information to relevant stakeholders. Supports the awareness programs to foster behavioral changes.
  • Supports consistent execution for all communication and awareness measures. Ensures appropriate monitoring and reporting.
  • Contributes to key Information Security-related events such as roadshows and online events; supports organization of internal events in line with awareness approach.
Your background
  • 3+years of general Training/Communication/Social Media/Awareness experience, of which 1+ year relevant experience in Information Security Awareness.
  • Experience to operate in an international environment; limited travel (20%) required.
  • Ability to plan desired deliverables with direct supervision and deliver on commitments within established timelines.
  • General knowledge of relevant security policies such as ISO27002 and other relevant standards (NIST, ISO, COBIT) a plus.
  • Efficient communication both within the IT environment and to the End Users.
  • Successful implementation of relevant campaigns using LMS, webcasts, social media and other technology.
  • Fluency in verbal English and good English writing skills are essential.
