What do you need to start?

• Fluent command of English and Dutch (level C1)
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment
• Experience at work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member and independently
• Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)

What duties will help you grow?

• Balancing priorities and time across team members to complete projects and tasks on target
• Reviewing progress and activity completion with team
• Ensuring appropriate escalation procedures are adopted by team
• Quality assurance of one’s own input to validate the accuracy, coverage and completeness of the information provided by various data sources using all available checking tools  
• Reporting of quality issues to Team Leader
• Mandatory proper use (as per instructions) of Capgemini obligatory tools, e.g.: Prompt
