Department Overview
The Motorola Solutions Sales Effectiveness and Enablement Team manages the Global Learning strategy for MSI sales teams. The team develops Learning Solutions to build skills, knowledge, and behaviors enabling Sellers to drive business performance through a variety of personal, self-driven enablement methods.
Department Description
The Worldwide Sales Operations organization leads the strategy, development, and delivery of sales tools & processes that enable an efficient, effective selling organization. This group is responsible for every day sales tools our sellers, customers and partners use to drive Sales Growth, including: CRM solutions (Salesforce.com) and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ). It is our mission to help deliver the best set of tools, data & processes that will enable our Worldwide Sales organization to drive continuous sales growth.
Job Description
The Customer Master Data Analyst provides Data Quality services in support of the global Customer Master Program. The individual will add value by understanding how Customer Master Data is used in different business processes across the organization and ensure that the Master Data is accurate, complete and transaction ready.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze, maintain and enhance master data for accounts managed in the Oracle Customer Data Master (CDM) application.
Proactively review customer data quality, including data quality reports for duplicates and required updates to attributes.
Identify and work with the Krakow Customer Master Data Team to resolve customer master data inconsistencies, irregularities, and duplicates.
Work with IT MDM Team and Krakow Operational Team to generate Data Quality metrics and help drive data quality improvements.
Contribution to the common vision and communication including elevating the organization's commitment to clean, reliable, and accurate customer and business data.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and command of English—both verbal and written.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Bachelor's Degree.
