Job overview


HR Global Operations Team provides Human Resource administrative services to Aon colleagues globally.
HR Processes Specialist is responsible for supporting employee life cycle processes and responding to HR queries.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming requests in line with SOPs and agreed deadlines
  • Responding to queries from internal and external clients
  • Support of key HR colleague lifecycle processes such as employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, onboarding, colleague referrals
  • Resolving cases assigned
  • Appropriately assign incoming request
  • Acting as subject matter expert sought for counsel, knowledge and partnership
  • Support steady state Workday technology and process change requests by driving requirements development, testing and migration approvals for owned business processes
  • Support Training needs for Workday users in subsequent phased rollouts, required releases, change requests and new system users.
  • Ensuring SOPs and process documentation is up-to-date
  • Coaching less experienced colleagues
  • Commencing trainings
  • Participating actively in Global calls and internal meetings


  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR Administration is a must
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Advanced knowledge of HR systems (Workday would be an asset)
  • Ms Office (excel, word, outlook – is a must, SharePoint – is an asset)
  • Very high attention to details
  • Ability to analyse data and check its accuracy
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • University degree or equivalent (Cultural Studies/Human Resource/Administration would be an asset)
  • Client focus approach
  • Able to meet tight deadlines under time pressure
  • Able to prioritize tasks according to volumes
  • Spotless record and strong ethos
