HR Process Junior Specialist Russian and Ukrainian Speaker

What do you need to start?
- Very good command of spoken and written English, Russian and Ukrainian (min. C1)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills
- Good job organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
What duties will help you grow as an expert?
- Answering client’s calls/e-mails and processing client’s queries/escalations
- Providing clarifications and guidance on HR policies, procedures and processes
- Processing movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests
- Maintaining the employee lifecycle from hire to retire including: HR master data management, HR organization structure management, Time management, Absence management
- Updating all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed time frames

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
