What do you need to start?

• Around 1 year of experience in the Finance and Accounting area
• Very good command of English and Dutch (min. C1)
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment
• Experience at work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member and independently
• Very good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)

What duties will help you grow?

• Researching root cause of deductions and disputes and recommending/supporting permanent resolution of similar exceptions by type, customer, business unit etc. – based on the findings collecting the proofs of dispute validity and initiating resolving actions as appropriate
• Coding and clearing deductions,
• Researching low complexity disputes and deductions for validity and if deduction is invalid, providing proof to support collection efforts 
• Proposing credits for valid queries 
• Reconciling accounts and escalating problem accounts
