• Preparing and providing progressive training
• Maintaining great product knowledge level on operation floor
• Conducting new hire and progressive sessions
• Assessing class performance
• Performing needs analysis to identify areas of improvement for training opportunities
• Designing and updating educational materials
• Conducting individual training sessions with agents on demand
• Nesting support
• Cooperation with stakeholders and other department in the company structure
• Ensuring all training documents and files are organized and updated
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Education College degree in education/psychology/management or relevant work experience
• min. 2-years work experience in advertising and sales area
• min. 1-year experience in corporate training
• Fluent in English
• Expertise in Google Ads product knowledge
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Great explanation skills
• Strong sales and computer skills
• Understanding adult learning principles
• Proactive self-learner
• Familiar with online environment
• Good time management and organization skills
