Junior Sales Specialist for UK market (f/m)

Location: małopolskie / Kraków

 

Job description

  • Customer care
  • Placing new orders in SAP and monitoring existing
  • Deliveries arrangement
  • Complaints handling
  • New litho handling
  • Payments and stocks monitoring
  • Contact with customers on daily basis
  • Cooperation with other departments / plants

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Customer orientated
  • Basic experience in Customer Service
  • Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills
  • Stress resistance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Experience on similar position preferable
  • Good operation of Excel and Word
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel abroad if necessary
