OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

 

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, the Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The successful candidate will manage the onboarding process for new hires ensuring delivery according to the policies and procedures established by the client. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a wide variety of high volume tasks in an efficient manner and a strong focus on providing excellent employee experience.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the onboarding process for internal and external candidates adhering to defined weekly deadlines
  • Arrange medical check appointments for new hires prior to start date
  • Manage the work permit process where applicable in conjunction with Talent Acquisition and People Operations
  • Gather and process necessary onboarding and compliance documents required for Majorel and client onboarding processes
  • Address new hires queries regarding onboarding and details for their first day
  • Enter new hire data documents in excel files, reviewing and verifying the data is accurate
  • Ensure new hires have all documents in line prior start date
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • General administration support to the recruitment team
  • Manage daily and weekly recruitment reports
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the business
  • Proactively keep stakeholders up to date with service delivery information and initiatives, ensuring the service continues to meet with internal and client targets
  • Continuously seek ways to improve internal processes and procedures
  • Communicate professionally treating all candidates and internal team members with dignity and respect
  • Administration of employment changes; transfer, promotion and ad hoc changes to include the issuance of supporting documentation, HRIS update and payroll processing
  • Participate and contribute to Recruitment projects as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English is essential
  • 6+ months Rcruitment/HR administration experience in a busy environment would be preferrable
  • Proficiency in Office and Drive packages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter willing to actively assume ownership of tasks
  • Capable of delivering results in an ambiguous environment
  • Highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
  • Willing to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
