Currently for one of our clients, a big international outsourcing company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Junior AR Analyst Collection (German, English)
(Job place: Kraków)

Job description
• Contacting customers to initiate and progress cash collection
• Maintaining documentation of collection activity;
• Supporting team in area of Customer Relationship
• Responding to external and internal queries
• Communicating customers' feedback etc.
Requirements:
• Fluent German
• Fluent English
• Degree in economy
• Preferred some experience in Customer Relationship
• Experience in SAP would be an asset
• High interpersonal skills
