Currently for one of our clients, a big international outsourcing company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Accounting Specialist (transition) – Italian, English

Job description
• 8 weeks transition, location – Verona, Italy
• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing;
• Monthly balance sheet and P & L Analysis;
• Participation and assistance in preparation of financial reporting;
• Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting;
• Ensuring accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to policies and procedures;
• Managing Fixed Assets;
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliations;
• Documentation and maintenance of job procedures required to fulfill all duties;
• Cross training with R2R team, being able to act as back-up or help whenever necessary
Requirements:
• Fluent English and Italian
• 3-5 years work experience in General Ledger area
• Degree in Finance & Accounting would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Very good knowledge of GL tools and GL process
• Transition experience would be an asset
